Gift redeeming

My friend gifted me Pavlov and I can’t redeem the gift because I have to have a parent or guardian approve the request, however my headset doesn’t have parental controls or anything along the lines of that set up, so I don’t know what to do now and am getting frustrated as I can’t redeem my game over this mishap.

you have to be 18 to play that game.....maybe that's the problem?
