I tried to boost a post and although it took my payment, it gave me an error message. So I needed to submit a duplicate payment. I filed a dispute with my bank instead of asking Apple for a refund.
So they removed my ability to make payments and boost my posts. In order to get my account reactivated, we have to submit additional info. However, the button does not work and it does not allow me to submit. There is nowhere I can get help. I've tried writing to the Instagram Ads team but no one is responding, and this is absolutely devastating our business as we get ready for our busiest season of the year. Can someone please help me get my payments reactivated so we can run ads again?! Thank you!

Actual hooman here, support on this forum do not have the tools available to assist with IG at all. The link Oculusness provided is your best bet to get any help for this.

Hello, I've been trying every possible solution with Instagram for a week now. They have zero help or support. I've spent many hours trying to get some help. Instagram doesn't have any. How do we chat with a person, a support email, anything where someone will reply

Unfortunately, the VR forum is also manned by bots, but if you keep persevering, you may get to talk to an actual hooman.
