 our oculus 2 keeps glitching from game and then a split second of the room scale(black and white screen) and then back to the game. Happens every 10 seconds or so but not constantly. Tried restarting but still happens. I have a screen recording of it here. Everytime the video goes black is when it goes into room scale and then goes quickly back to game

It happens in all games. Any clue?

Hello @Kjpomills! We know the game glitching makes it impossible to enjoy the experience, and we would love to explore steps for a possible resolution. We see that you have tried restarting the device and we thank you for sharing the troubleshooting you have tried. How long has this been happening and when did it start? Also, we would like you to try these steps for us:

 

  1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
  2. Hard Reboot the headset
    1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
    2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
      1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
      2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
      3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
