Gorill Tag Is not opening properly with air link

I am trying to load into gorilla tag through air link and when I try and open the app it opens perfectly fine on my compluter but it will not open on my headset. I am just stuck on the air link console saying gorilla tag Loading

We have a few questions, that may help shed some light on this issue: 

• Are you able to launch other applications? 
• Does the problem occur with more than one app?
• When did this start? Were any changes made?
• Do you receive any error messages?

As well as this, could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Gorilla Tag to see if this helps?
