Gorilla Tag isn’t actually working.

So when i enter Gorilla Tag, the chalkboard says that it failed to authenticate my Oculus account. No one is in the lobby, and I can’t do anything. The chalkboard is red and says it failed to authenticate my account. Please help me.

Hi xav_01, we understand you're having an issue trying to play Gorilla Tag. We know how disappointed you must feel not being able to enjoy this game. This app is available through App Lab, and may be experimental or still in development. Apps from App Lab haven't gone through the full Oculus review process, so they may include unknown issues relating to comfort, performance or other factors.

We now this is not the solution you were hoping for, but we hope this helps you understand why you are encountering this issue.

• Sign out and back into the mobile companion app
• Restart your headset
• If these steps don't correct your issue, please ensure the Cloud Backup feature is enabled and perform a factory reset

I just got my oculus and got everything set up. I’m on wifi but on gorilla tag I go to the computer and it says zero people online. I don’t know what’s wrong

Hey @crumbington, thanks for reaching out to us about the issue you are having with Gorilla Tag. We want to do our best to lend you a hand, but first, is this happening with just Gorilla Tag? If it is a bug in the game or you feel like you probably got banned, you might need to head on over to the Gorilla Tag support page. In the meantime try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, reboot the headset, and check your Network to make sure you're running at a good rate and at 5 GHz.

My gorilla tag keeps kicking me out and thats the only app i cant play. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, does not work. I tried factory resetting, didnt work. What do i do? I want to check out the new update

Gorillas tag won’t work for me. When ever I try to play gorilla tag it won’t load when I click on the game and it sends me back to the Home Screen.
