My son is playing the old beta version and now he has an error saying he can’t play with other people and needs to update…we’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling heaps of times but it still keeps coming up and can’t play!

That being said, here's a possible solutions to try. 😎
First, hard reboot your headset by putting it on and holding the power button down for 40-50 seconds. Once you cycle back to your main screen, you're good.
Next, log out of your mobile app and then log back in.
Finally, uninstall and reinstall the app one more time
