My son is playing the old beta version and now he has an error saying he can’t play with other people and needs to update…we’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling heaps of times but it still keeps coming up and can’t play!
Wrestling with an app update is no fun at all. Let's take a look at that and see if we can get it sorted!
Before we get started, have there been any recent changes made to that headset, and is this happening with any other games or apps?
That being said, here's a possible solutions to try. 😎
First, hard reboot your headset by putting it on and holding the power button down for 40-50 seconds. Once you cycle back to your main screen, you're good.
Next, log out of your mobile app and then log back in.
Finally, uninstall and reinstall the app one more time

My daughter is suddenly unable to play Gorilla Tag. The headset only shows a black screen when she tries to load the game and then it kicks her out again. She tried resetting multiple times which hasn't helped. All other games are working. Thanks so much
