Basically my gorilla tag will go to the loading screen and then it will crash and people on YouTube are saying don't have more than 4 files in data but I have NONE! 🥲 and also I factory reset my oculus.. but it still DONT WORK 😞

Hello my gtag/gorilla tag won't work too it says to rejoin/reset gtag/gorilla tag so I did that then I re-downloaded it and idk really how to factory reset my vr I'm on the meta quest 2 and it's the 4 of July idk if it's the servers or my internet but I changed my internet so yeah if you can help out please do and also couple weeks ago I had to get a new right hand controller just wanted to let you know that you and goodbye.
