Hi,
I requested a refund for Powerwash last week. I bought this app through PayPal. The purchase was approved, however the funds hadn't yet been removed from my PayPal bank account.
The refund was issued right away and I got the notification of $24 issued back to my PayPal. However, the payment for the app still went through a few days ago. I haven't yet had the money returned though.
Hey there, @whiz_hew1000! We greatly understand the importance of you being able to get your refund. It can take up to 7 business days for a refund to fully process and for the funds to be returned back to you.
