Got my replacement and have the same issue

I have two Q3 n the same state, i suppose that the sweating in eleven table tennis as the problem, so one is anywhere in CZ with dhl, and the second wait a response of support, this device have a default of conception, for sport player, and after three or fourth refurbished headset the problem has the same !

Please refund or help but resolve the problem and not with power and vol -

nothing response of your agent, for the price of the device i wait a solution and a explain, for don't  remake the problem after 4 or 5 headset it is crazy

I HAVE NO SOLUTION 549 EUR BLOCKED one q3 still a solution with the f**k spining meta logo;
