Got quest app need help with requirements

It saying somthing in the ocules app on pc along the lines of your computer does not meet the update requirements witch can lead to poor vr experience what can I do to fix this im new ro pc?

The specs are an rx580 8gb and 

• Intel i7 2600 3.4 Ghz with 16gb ram
