GraphQL server responded with error 2078011

I just purchased the Quest 2 for my son for his birthday. I am trying to purchase games for him, but only get the above error message. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Still not solved i'm afraid, been having the same issue. this sucks because they have games exclusive to their store, effectively barring you from buying that product. Extremely ironic.

i also get the same error now + i cant access games already bought.... opening several support tickets and getting ignored
