I am unable to use Air Link with my Quest2. It say that my graphics card is not compatible. I have a Geforce MX150 which is able to support most of the VR games.
I have updated the drivers, and unable to get the Quest2 to even try. Any thoughts?

Hey there @Metaverse1095, thanks for reaching out! We understand you are having trouble using Air Link with your Quest 2 due to graphics card compatibility issues. We want to find out why this is happening because we know how this may hinder your VR experience. It looks like your Geforce MX150 GPU is not compatible and will likely cause problems with Air Link. We recommend checking out this article here, which lists compatible graphics cards.
We hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We will be patiently watching for your response!

I'm experiencing the same problem and I'm wondering if there's a way to work around these issues without buying a computer with a more compatible graphics card. Would that be possible?

Hi, @Cybr_Flame! We're happy to help w/ interest in using Air/Quest link for your PC. Ideally, the GPU meets our requirements first by using an actual desktop and not a laptop. Let us know if the requirements are met but challenges persist to discuss workarounds and/or alternative options. Thanks for your time!

With the resources available to me, I will be unable to use a desktop computer until I can buy one. I don't really care that much about other Quest Link games as long as I'm able to play Minecraft in VR. Some more information on my problem is that the headset doesn't even acknowledge my PC to exist. The headset just acts like it's a charging port when plugged in with the link cable. (When using air link, my PC doesn't pop up as an option even when both devices are using the same network.)

Hey again @Cybr_Flame, thanks for following up and clarifying the situation with your headset and the things you have already attempted. Is the Router in the same room as the PC and the Headset? Are you using a wired connection for your Laptop or is it wireless as well? Are you using a VPN through the Router or on the PC itself? Are you using any Wireless extenders for your play location? Have you ever been able to link up with Air Link before? If the PC isn't able to be detected by the PC and the other way around, this would typically mean that they are not on the same network or the connection is not stable enough. Even if they are both on the same network, they would also need to be on the same frequency as each other, such as a 2.4Ghz or a 5Ghz and not on separate frequencies. While we know you mentioned wanting to use the Air Link, we did notice that you mentioned trying to use a port and it only detected it for charging, do you have any other ports available to test? It would need to be a USB 3.0 or better port for connecting.

Hey again @Cybr_Flame! We wanted to follow up and see if there was any additional information you could provide from the questions we asked in the previous post. We hope to hear back from you!

Here are the answers to your suggestions in chronological order. The router is not in the same room as the headset, but it is in a connected room with no wall between them. The laptop's connection is wireless. There are VPNs installed on the computer I am using, but none of them are in use. I have no idea what a wireless extender is. This is my first time linking up with air link. I can't be sure if the devices are on the same frequency but I can say that the internet I'm using doesn't always seem the most stable. I do not have any other ports to test.

@Metaverse1095 unfortunately the MX150 is below the minimum spec required for PCVR gaming.
Having said that, you may be able to get it to work using the virtual desktop app.

@Cybr_Flame have you tried using Questcraft on your headset instead of the PCVR version.
