I have been trying buy supernatural vr subscription for over a week now and getting the graphql error.
Have tried instaling and unstalling app. Tried payment on headset, phone and laptop. Tried ca4d and paypal. Contacted support and so far no solution. Very very frustrated, any tips?
@2021_ASH Heyo, that's quite an issue to be having. It seems you've already tried just about everything but I'd love to give a suggestion that's not listed in your post.
This might be a bit basic so I do apologize if you've already tried this; have you tried to make a purchase on a different network by chance? (Home network, mobile hotspot, cellular data, etc.)
Just trued woth cellular data on app and website and that didn't work. But that was a good suggestion. I am just shocked at the utter incompetence of support services at Meta
@2021_ASH I understand, it's just that some issues have an underlying cause that sometimes takes a bit of time to find.
Something else that could be of some use, would be to try clearing up the browser cache/cookies. I'd give you the steps but I'm not 100% sure what browser you normally use. It's a pretty simple thing to do, but it can sometimes work wonders.
@2021_ASH Alright, after a bit more digging it seems you're already in the hands of the people who can look deeper into the issue.
From here, the best suggestion I can give would be to continue through your ticket since they can do more than I'm able to here on the forums. They might have some slight delays in response from the holiday times, but don't worry I'm sure they won't leave you hanging!
FWIW, I've been having the same issue for the last week. In my case, I'm trying to use a gift card to make a purchase. I've contacted META support twice and have opened support tickets but to no avail. If you do a search, you'll find people that have been having ongoing issues with this error message over the last several years. Good Luck.
In my case the problem was with a promotion code I was using. I let the code expire (30 days) and then the error message disappeared and I was able to make the purchase.
