I purchased a used quest 2 for $90.00. The seller said I would need to factory reset it. I got it home and tried to reset it several times. I get the 3 dots the a grey screen. It’s will connect to my iPhone app but is stuck on the grey screen. I have sound but it will not go to the screen with the controllers. There was a flash of the controllers , but then it goes gray. I’ve tried to boot the device. I’ve tried to factory reset within the device. I noticed. The device says locked. Does that have something to do with it..
