Hi all. Got a problem with quest 1. I start it up and it works fine for like 5 min and then the right lens go green and the left go black and i can only hear sound. What makes this happen and is it fixable?
Heya Yellow_Monkey69! Having your lens mess up while attempting to game, can definitely cause some problems. We understand how much you want to get back into VR, and we'll do everything we can to do that.
We'd like for you to try rebooting the headset to resolve this problem for you. No need to worry about losing any data or games, this will just restart the headset to make sure everything is running properly.
Turn off your headset.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
