My FACEBOOK was account by someone in Vietnam this week. It was done around 3 AM EST. FB did send emails informing me that both my Email and Phone number were changed. The email instructed me to click on a link in the body of the email if it was not me. Problem is that by the time I clicked several hours later the link it was "expired". How is that helpful???? I live in the midwest of the US - I would think a log in 1000s of miles away would trigger something!!
I have tried to reset my password, submitted my license multiple times, and read EVERYTHING on the Facebook help page and I am still stuck. I am in a loop with the Facebook help which is not AT ALL helpful. I also see NO WAY to contact a person directly at Facebook.....which is why I am on here pleading for help.
This group of hackers has taken almost $2000 from my friends who believed they were sending money to me. That makes me sick and should make Meta sick. I have been a member of Facebook since 2009 and the thought of losing all of those memories of my children and loved ones I have lost angers me. This type of thing should also anger META into doing something!!
I need concrete help. Someone please help me get my account back. I am sick about this.

It's never ideal when someone accesses your personal accounts without your permission, and we completely understand that this is not the experience that you would like to have with your Facebook account.
When it comes to Facebook , we are unable to help you further through this support channel, as we at Meta Quest Support are only able to handle queries and provide support for Meta Store products or Meta accounts. Unfortunately, it is not in our power to do anything other than try to direct you to the right resources and help when it comes to Facebook account, etc. We completely understand that this is not what you would like to hear, and we wish we could do more for you regarding the problems you are having with your Facebook account. What we can do is advise you to check out the Facebook Help Centre for further advice.
