I just got a Hagibis USB 3.0 Capture card which I had heard was one of the best cards to use for the HDMI link app but it’s not working correctly. I’ve tried to connect a PS5, Switch and Apple TV and they connect at 60hz and then about 20 seconds later it disconnects and then reconnects at 50hz. Is anybody else having this issue? Is the capture card defective? This card does have 50hz on one side of the USB C and 60hz on the other so I’m using the correct 60hz orientation.

Hey @Millah2,
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the capture card to your headset, then:
If this doesn't work, I'd hesitate a guess that there may be something not right with the card.
Also, it never hurts to submit a bug report. 🍒

I’m getting a replacement. I’ve seen a few YouTube videos saying this is one of the best cards to use for HDMI link so one more try we’ll see. When I plug it into the headset in the 60hz orientation I can select 1920 x 1080 60fps but after about 10 seconds even before I tap start streaming it disconnects and then only the 50hz 1920 x 1080 50fps is showing in the drop down so I’m assuming there’s something wrong with it. I’ve never used a capture card before so I can’t be certain if it’s the card or the app. Anyway I appreciate the help!
