Is the HDMI plugged into your Primary Graphics Card's HDMI out port?

Indeed, gr0bda; I should've asked for your full setup OP. Can you list your full PC specifications and hardware @Sarvarghazi?

At the very least, I would open a support ticket @ https://support.oculus.com/

Next, I would try to find out as much about your PC as you can. Start from where you bought it from. If it was a bundled PC (as in you bought the whole thing, with no need for extra items besides the keyboard and mouse), find out the model, and then you can get some answers as to what hardware is inside it. If someone built it for you, there should be a parts list with your receipt.

This is just generally a good idea (to know about what PC hardware you're running), regardless of using the Rift or not.

If you feel ok with it, I would download Piriform's Speccy (https://www.piriform.com/speccy), the free version of course. This app will analyze your system and tell you what hardware is in it.
