HELP Can't Install Oculus Software Windows Updates Issue?

I'm trying to install my Oculus Rift, but it is telling me to install these updates:
KB2670838
KB3033929

They are already installed, or that's what Windows 7 is telling me when I go to install those particular update files from Microsofts website. 

Is there a way to uninstall these updates and re-install them so that Oculus Software is able to install? Or is there another option.

The following worked for myself...

I started the cmd.exe session with the "Run as Administrator" option.

C:\OculusDwnLoad> OculusSetup.exe /bypassHotfixCheck

Is there any reason why you're running Windows 7? You'll probably have less problems if you update to Windows 10. I doubt Oculus focus too much on a 10 year old operating system.
