HELP --- I can not download the oculus Setup update

Hello

Like many, I can not download the update of the oculus setup.

The download freezes 4.80GB on 4.83GB

Since two I had to try 20 times. I sent several messages to oculus support, but the answers arrive very slowly.

Today I format my PC, install windows 10 again.

I do not have an anti-virus, no firewall, no vpn, no proxy ... nothing

In spite of that it is always a failure.

I am very annoyed because it worked very well before.

Apparently I'm not the only one to have this problem.

I do not understand why Oculus does not offer another way to install the program.

Downloading a .zip file with an .exe (old-fashioned) will make things a lot easier.

I sent several OculusSetup.log file but still no solution.
