Sorry about my english I´m a spanish speaker and my english is not good. I´ve a problem with my oculus rift and controls, during the first month they woks perfect, but now when the oculus software ask me to plug in the usb and hdmi of the rift the software keep looging for it and never start to work. the rift light is always off and don´t conect. it happen the same with the controls the toch ones, I press the buttons to conect them to the computer the white lights flashing about one minute then nothing, they don´t conect to computer, only the sensors are recorniced by the oculus software. can u help me please ???? thanks !!!!!
Did you try to reinstall completely Oculus Home and make the Rift setup again? The Touch communicate with the Rift so if the Rift is not detected then the Touch won't. Send a ticket to the support, they support Spanish 😉 https://tickets.oculus.com/hc/es-es/requests/new
