I discovered my Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger accounts were suspended Wednesday morning. The message says:
"Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account ms.daniela66308 doesn’t follow our rules. You have 180 days left to appeal. Log into your linked Instagram account to appeal our decision."
I don’t know who ms.daniela66308 is. That is not my account, and I’ve never seen it before. I also can’t log into my real Instagram account to appeal because the same message shows up there. I keep going in circles.
Thinking I’ve been hacked through Instagram. It looks like they’ve changed my password and possibly my email as well. But the strange thing is, I haven’t received any emails from Instagram about changes to my password or email, which makes this even more confusing.
Because of this, I’m locked out of all my accounts. I have over 15 years of memories, photos, and important messages on Facebook that I’ll lose if this isn’t fixed.
I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I can’t find any way to contact Meta directly for help. Can someone please guide me on how to fix this or escalate it? I’m happy to verify my identity if needed.

I'm having exactly the same problem Rebecca. I'm locked out of Facebook due to this suspension and like you I have loads of personal information in there and its a business critical tool for me as well. Like you this was a result of suspicious activity on instagram where someone supposedly impersonated me to set up an account. When I try to login to facebook it tells me "Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account kljames_hall_yt8gvgbw doesn't follow our rules." Its a completely foreign account and if I try searching instagram for it its been deleted and if it wasn't I wouldnt know what the login credentials would be anyway. Typically the only way I have to appeal is via my instagram account. Unlike your situation the link in the suspension popup does actually link to my legit instagram account however, because its unrelated to the suspicious activity everything is in order and there is no option to appeal .... I have tried every reporting tool but get nothing but brain dead robots responding. All the self help guides are completely irrelevant as most of them require you to login to your account. I've tried FB Twitter pages and even trying to contact their employees on linkedin. Ive also reported them to my local DPO office but at the moment I am at a complete loss and every day that ticks by I'm closer to losing my account. Use the Meta Data Access Tool to request a copy of your data and confirm any unauthorized changes: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339.
Seek Legal Advice:
If Meta does not respond, consult with a legal expert or file a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
Monitor Your Accounts:
Once recovered, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on all your accounts and regularly check for suspicious activity.

Thanks, that sounded promising as I havent tried that tool but when i click on the link it says page not found and appears to require me to login. Is it possible I need a different link or do I need to login to do this?
I've already reported them to the DPA that will probably take ages but here's hoping
Legal support isnt really an option, one I dont have the money and 2 by the time that goes through court my suspension would have expired and account deleted.

same here... locked out of thousands of dollars of apps, many years of memories and cant get into both business accounts and there is no resolution available.
