I can't use it at all, I'm stuck on the pairing screen with the 5 digit code. And when I go to the mobile application it gives me this error “Software update required - To access your Meta account and avoid a factory reset, update your device with the latest software. Make sure that it's plugged in to a power source and connected to Wi-Fi for the update to complete successfully”

Of course I can't activate the wifi since I'm stuck on the pairing screen.
I've already done some research and it seems that this problem is old and there is still no solution. (https://forums.oculusvr.com/t5/Oculus-Quest-2-and-Quest/Cannot-use-occulus-since-update/td-p/983609) and on the virtual reality discord many have exactly the same problem and can't fix it. I've been trying to fix the problem for 2 days now but I haven't found any solution, neither the hard reset, nor using the app on ios and android.

If you have any suggestions please because right now my device is completely useless
