HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - GETTING THE RUNAROUND IN ORDER TO RETURN GLASSES

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES SINCE DECEMBER 25TH, AND I KEEP GETTING A RUNAROUND FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE RETURN KIT, AND I CANNOT RETURN THEM WITHOUT A RETURN KIT (EVEN THOUGH I’VE RECEIVED RMAS FOR BOTH) THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES.
