that doesnt work its failed to submit a ticket 6 times in a row im just going to report this 128gb quest headset and 2 games i bought as fraud since i cant download them still even tough i have a rift and now the quest which is unopened in the box it still says i need to buy the games i have emails with receipt conformation and bank records showing oculus has my money. ive heard nothing from the 1 ticket i was bale to get through but i have not been able to submit a single refund ticket or support ticket successfully since prior to the purchase
