HUD/on screen images too high

Squid_ruler
Honored Guest

Whenever I play a game that involves a hud/crosshair/flash light, I notice that they all seem to be higher on the screen. I've seen others have issues about this but not one has posted whether or not they've had a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
