Hi guys,
I have a big issue, and Facebook/Meta is not helpful at all since Sunday.
Someone has been able to access Meta Business Suite of my company, maybe through one of my employees (as one of them had not set up 2FA). Then they have removed admin right from everyone, created a separate email for themselves, with all admin rights. Later, as I was a main admin, I have noticed that to my Account in Facebook Accounts center there is in Contact Information an email not associated with me, and connected to Meta account (I had only Facebook and Instagram). When I have tried to remove that account from my main account, I need to log in to confirm, but obviously I do not have a password or 2FA to that account. I can see that they put an adverts in my name for $1300 USD before facebook reacted, under cards not associated with me.
As for Business Suite, I can say that Facebokk might be doing someting to revert current situation. As for my private account, I have been send to Meta Quest support, but to contact them... You must be logged in that account. So it is a vicioius circle.
Is there any way, or email account I can contact to unpin that account from my main account? I am writing from another account, as I cannot log in to Meta from my normal Facebook webpage..The funny thing is, to set up that account I am now writing from, I did not need 2FA or confirm on my main account, and that was probably exploited.

For this situation, the best place for you to go to is the Meta Business Help Centre in order to try and find a solution for this issue. Here at Meta Quest Support, we do not have the tools or resources to access and assist with Facebook-related account issues. We are limited to product inquiries, Horizon/Meta account issues, and/or Meta product shipping-related issues.
We hope that this is resolved for you soon.

Meta Business Help Centre is working on Meta Business issue.
I am talking about private Facebook account, which is linked to Meta Quest account, which I have not created. I would like to remove that account, before there will be more damage done.

My Meta Business Suite was hacked into last Friday overnight, a fake account added, ads purchased. I reported everything along the way, have lots of screenshots and a timeline, and never heard from anyone...the only response is that Meta subsequently disabled and suspended all of my personal and business accounts AND my Meta Business Suite. They also set up 2FA so I definitely couldn't log them out of Meta Business Suite either and did report that as well. We purchased Meta Verified with my husband's account and the support is not helpful and sending the same generic support docs that are not relevant. We've spent tens of thousands of dollars in ads over the years. We can't access Meta Business Support because the account is disabled by Meta. I can't appeal any of the account suspensions unless I log into the spammer account which I obviously can't do.
