Hacked Business Suite

My Meta Business Suite was hacked into last Friday, a fake account added, and a fake profile added to run 2 ad campaigns. I tried reporting the issue, got the fake profile deleted but could not get the fake account out as I don't have it's password. I reported that account via my own instagram. I followed the standard password changing protocol and Meta said I didn't need to do anything else. The next morning my Meta Business Suite was disabled and all of my personal and business accounts were suspended. The only way to appeal is to LOG INTO THE SPAM ACCOUNT. And I can't access support through Meta Business Suite because IT'S BEEN DISABLED. We'd love to try and help you with this, however, here at Meta Quest Support, we deal with Meta Quest products and services. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources or capabilities to deal with Facebook accounts.

That link does not work for this application. I've already tried it. It's a Meta Suite that was hacked into, not a Facebook account, so it's not relevant. I get to the end it and it just says that I was suspended due to the spammers account and it was Meta's technologies decision. I can't access Meta Business Support because Meta disabled it. I'm being sent in a circle of automated no support. I'm also extremely frustrated as this is a known issue Meta is having and it costing me now financial outcomes for me and my businesses.Gravel Graceland suspended.pngRequired to log into the spam account to appeal.pngauto suspended .png

We understand you're facing some issues with your Meta Business Suite account.  We know how important it is to ensure you're able to regain access to your Facebook accounts. However, Meta Quest Support does not have the tools or resources to access and assist with Facebook related account issues. We are limited to product inquiries, Horizon/Meta account issues and Meta product related issues. This is the extent of our resources, to ensure you're able to get the best help possible. We highly suggest to look for further assistance within the Facebook Help Center.  It will have many troubleshooting steps as well as additional options for assistance with your particular issue.

I spent about 30 hours in there and there are not solutions for this known issue on the Business Portfolio side 😞

I am having the exact same issue. I was hacked, they deactivated my account and it tells me to go to Instagram to appeal. But the hacker changed the Instagram that was connected. So there is no way to contact anyone. I was FINALLY able to log in to Meta for Business from my Instagram, but every time I click on the Help Center it takes me to Facebook and asks for a log-in!
