I need urgent support for my issue! My personal Facebook has been hacked as well as another Facebook that is linked to the business page and Instagram.
First, my Facebook was hacked, Facebook that has been advertising for medical & health content for more than a year because I have a business page linked to it that is related to a private hospital that I administer. Facebook has been closed to me but the problem lies with the page which has been left without an administrator or admin and I cannot access it. It is costing me a lot of damage and many problems because I am unable to find a solution.
Then my Instagram was blocked and I do not have access to it. I have lost a job that has lasted more than 1 and a half years and I have contributed almost $ 2000 in advertising during this period. It is not a large amount but for the business that I have it is sufficient.
I need an urgent solution for this situation because my business has been left without social networks and I have tried to open another Instagram. But the reactions I get are very negative because everyone thinks it's a newly opened business.
Please help me with this situation because I can't contact any of METAS support.
I have every possible access and I just need your help to recover it as a page.
