Hacked Instagram account with Meta Horizon linked account

Hello, my instagram account has been hacked on 18 April and I managed to recover it today using facial recognition but lost it again even after setting 2FAs. I noticed on occasions that there is a Meta Horizon account linked on my Instagram and the email code sent to unlink it is being sent to the hacker. Can anyone help?
