It's my first time posting on here but I'm basically out of options and need someone to help.
My Instagram account (@vanmaarb) was hacked on April 9, 2025 around 6:30pm EDT from a man in Nigeria.
This was done via a "fashion contest" link sent to me by my friend (who's actually in a fashion club) and I've emailed the Instagram security email (security@mail.instagram.com) 4 times.
He changed my email and my phone number is attached to my second spam account so even if I try and send a text to change my email, it doesn't work.
I have had MANY people report it for being hacked and Instagram still hasn't done anything even though they emailed my friend 8 hours after she was hacked.
Can someone PLEASE help me fix this? I have had my account since 2018 with many memories of my friends and family. I literally can't get in touch with ANYONE and I'm a college student who doesn't have money to pay to get in touch with a Meta employee.

I'm so sorry but I did too my friend send it to me in the next morning my account was hacked in I remember my bff backup account follwed me before my account was hacked so I use my other friend account to text her in she said her account was hacked in she didn't text me in her hacker had hacked me to in I tried to change my password but it was to late in they hacked my account my account name was @yannabuckzz that was my Instagram name I had 1,234 follows in now I can't get it back it been 4 days almost five days I can't get in can someone help me I got hacked by the fashion contract in Instagram not trying to help me I been trying to get in ever since Friday in I been texting in emailing Instagram in they not getting back to me in I been contacting them everyday
