My Facebook account was hacked and locked but access was given to the hackers and all my info was replaced with theirs so I can't reset anything. Facebook help is not at all helpful. How do I get my account back??? Please!!!

People are posting this all over the place that their facebooks were hacked and taken over by the hackers meta accounts. You guys ARE meta..... how can you not help? Wasn't a lawsuit filed by attorney generals all of the nation in May because meta isn't doing enough to help Facebook and instagram users recover their hacked accounts that have been taken over by fake meta accounts?
