Hi again, thank you for your reply. Our team here would not be equipped to deal with support issues relating to Facebook accounts, we are only equipped and trained to deal with queries relating to our VR products as well as Meta Portal. The only place where Facebook queries can be supported are on our Facebook Help Center.
