Hacked & Suspended Business account

 I’ve had my account forever  I was meta verified blue check mark  I paid $17.89 over and over  Friday I was hacked got the email I put in below saying someone accessed my account and now it’s suspended 

it says because of an instagram account I never use I use facebook marketplace for my business I have 12 employees I can’t pay now because I can’t get any help since I’m not able to log in to my verified account I can’t get any help  I’m in an endless circle of nonexistent customer service requests to log in or just report the issue  I am going to go out of business here soon if I can’t resolve anything this is y last hope  I’m so scared please anyone with any help
