Hoping someone can help or point me in right direction. I was hacked this morning. My account disabled and I received a message when I try and log in to Facebook that I was suspended because of my instagram account doesn't follow rules, however the instagram they are talking about it not mine so I do not know how to fix it. It says I can appeal but I can t log in so I cant appeal on FB as it makes you log in to do that. And when I go in my instagram, I dont see where to appeal especially since the handle they mention is not mine. HELP

Verify Your Identity:
Submit a government-issued ID or any proof of ownership to Facebook to verify your account.
Contact Instagram Support:
Go to the Instagram Help Center:
Use the "Report Hacked Account" option and provide details.
Secure Your Accounts:
Once recovered, change passwords and enable 2FA on both accounts.
