Hacked and Frustrated

My Instagram/ Facebook got hacked yesterday and they added a meta account with one of those temp emails and I can't get rid of it. 

It has been extremely frustrating trying to contact anyone who can help me. 

I had to create this account just to ask for help here which is ridiculous. 

Please any help is appreciated
