Hacked and disabled account

Hello,

My Instagram account was hacked two months ago. The hacker changed the email, phone number, password, and username. Additionally, he set up two-factor authentication to access my profile. I couldn’t complete the ID verification process because I was unable to upload the recorded video through the app; the system simply didn’t work.

This is how my current profile appears

 

I contacted customer support multiple times, and each time I received the same response: consult the guidelines in the Help Center or the Hacked form. However, these procedures are not helpful because my email, phone number, and username are not associated with my old profile. For this reason, I cannot proceed in any way.

What do you suggest me?

Hi, we’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly. We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
