Hello, Recently my personal facebook account has been hacked and suspended because of instagram account violations (a common issue as I have seen).
So I have just been able to recover my facebook account and reset my password, but still unable to setup 2F authentification.
HOWEVER - I am still unable to access my META account, so that I can connect back with my Oculus 2 device, where I have all my purchased apps (thousands of dollars). I receive the same message that my account was suspended because of the hacked instagram account (which is not mine and have no access to).
Please note that the hack has been submitted to META several times, and as such, I have regained access to my facebook account, but not my META account.
Please also note that this is a new Meta Horizon account that I have created for the purpose of writing this message on this forums.
Please help me with assistance so I can log back into my Meta Quest 2 device and have access to all my purchased apps.
