My profile is been hacked and they send me WhatsApp message that I must pay 500€.

Please help if you can, my business account was hacked, and it is very important to me, I have been working on it from 2018. till now.
They send me some link that look like it was send by Meta. After I opened it, dude send me message that I must pay 500€ for my insta account.
He blocked my account. What can I do?
I send mail to instagram help center.
