Hacked instagram account

Hello,

The email on my Instagram account has been changed and I cannot get back into it.. I have tried everything to get back into my account.

 

This is what happened.

1. My email details were leaked from a Thermomix app data breach.

2. The hacker was able to get into my email and change the password.

3. Once they had access to my emails they went into my instagram account and changed the email address.

4. I have been able to get control of my email account back. 

5. I Have tried everything suggested in your help pages but it is not working.

My face book account is okay but not linked to my instagram account.

I have my username for the instagram account if that helps and you can look at my facebook account to see the same photos.

Please help me get access back to instagram
