Yesterday my instagram was hacked and someone added my instagram to their Meta Horizon Account. I have regained acces to my account and followed all the steps to keep it secured. However, I'm unable to remove my insta from the hackers meta horizon account. I have tried the recommended facebook dummy step (I found on this forum), but I can't seem to delete my instagram from the account, it says I need a password which is linked to the fake email adres the hacker used. I'm not sure why this happens even though this has worked for others. Can someone please help? I've reached out to fb, insta, but NO ONE is helping.
Hi, were you able to delete the account? I’m currently having the exact same problem and I don’t know what to do as there’s no help available. What did you get from Facebook about it? Any help with be amazing
