Hello I need help from MetaQuest Support. I need to get my instagram back. I have no access because these a hackers from nigera changed my email and phone number and added the oculus account under my instagram account. I have tried everything to get it back they were even playing games with me by changing the email and username so many times. I kept sending selfies proving its me but because they were still linked and when i removing them they had there email linked to meta. please help me anyway possible.
