Both my facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked. I have no way of getting back into them as they have changed my password and email. I never received an email from them to verify that I was changing anything with my accounts so how can this happen without confirming with the account holder? All accounts related to Meta are a total nightmare to get any help especially when you are hacked and cannot access your accounts! So mad that this has happened. Any idea how to fix this?
same happened to me, i finally got someone on chat and email through instagram verified but they literally were zero help just kept sayin go to www.facebook.com/hacked which does not help at all whatsoever and is a dead end no matter what you click or provide.
