Hacker Changed Email & Added 2FA

My name is Anastasia, and my account has been compromised. I am reaching out because I no longer have full control over my Meta account after falling victim to a hacking attempt.

Here’s what happened:

I received a message on Instagram from a friend with a suspicious link. Although I did not enter any login details, my account was still compromised. Shortly after, I received two emails from Meta:

1. "Hi Anastasia, This is to let you know that the email address ib2a48a@push.tg was just added to your Meta account."
   — I clicked on the “This wasn’t me” button, but nothing happened. The link didn’t work.
2. "Hi Anastasia, This is to let you know that the email address kolom********@gmail.com was just removed from your Meta account."
   — Again, the “This wasn’t me” button did not work.

The hacker has now added their phone number and email to my Meta Horizon account and activated two-factor authentication (2FA), which I cannot bypass. I am locked out from removing or editing any security details because I’m asked to verify through their phone number and email — not mine.

I have already:

• Changed the passwords for both Facebook and Instagram
• Turned on 2FA for both accounts

However, I still cannot access the Meta account tied to Horizon, and I’m unable to recover my profile. I even had to create a new account to send this message, as I couldn’t access the Meta help forum with the compromised account.

Please, I am asking for your help to:

1. Remove the hacker’s email (ib2a48a@push.tg) and phone number from my account
2. Restore access to my original email
3. Regain full control of my account and Meta services

I am desperate and unsure what else to do. Your urgent assistance would mean a lot.
