Hi there. I have the Metaquest 3. My hand controllers won’t charge on the charging dock. When unplug the dock all three lights turn amber for a few seconds then my vr headset stays amber but the controllers turn off. No lights. I tried to unpair on my phone but now I can’t re- pair the controllers. Please advise.
@debb8 do your hand controllers work with normal AA batteries?
