The finger or trigger button on the left hand control sticks when pressed. I have checked for external issue or blockage but there isn't anything. Any suggestions?

Compressed air can be used to remove any debris inside the controller
Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect button movement or controller detection. For example, controller covers, controller attachments, etc.
Remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds. Try a new battery.
