Since my Meta Quest 3 got updated to v68, I'm experiencing a lot of problems with the controllers and hand gestures. When I first turn on the headset, my controllers work fine. But, if I put them down to watch a movie for example, after a couple of minutes when I pick them back up, they don't respond at all. If I press the buttons, I can see a small white light flashing on the controllers but the controllers are not tracked by the headset. Instead my hands are tracked but the tracking is completely unusable. It's very difficult to point exactly at something and pinching to select does not work. I need to restart the headset to get everything to work back as normal. I also lost tracking of one controller while playing a game. Before the update everything worked fine. This update made my headset unbearable to use. How can I fix this issue?

Hey @meta.bliks, thanks for reaching out!
There's a few troubleshooting steps we can look at to try fix your controller issues.
- We'd first suggest removing the batteries from your controllers for 30 seconds (or you can also try replacing the batteries with a new pair), before adding them back in.
- Unpairing and pairing the controllers to your headset by following these instructions, can also fix tracking issues.
- Giving both your headset and controllers a quick clean can also help with maintaining the tracking cameras. (You can find important how to cleaning guidelines here)
Please give these a try and get back to us!

Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I tried all 3 steps you mentioned but still got the same issue twice while watching movies. I had to restart the headset to get my controllers to work again. There is no issue with the batteries - they are both fully charged. I'm pretty sure this is a software problem because the controllers always work fine until I lay them down for a long period (like 15mins+) and this issue started when I updated the headset to the latest version.

Hi again @meta.bliks, thanks for getting back to us!
If you're confident it's a software problem and that you've only run into this issue after updating, we highly suggest reporting this as a bug for us to look into. You can do this from the headset itself or on the Horizon app. You can follow the steps here.

Hello @MetaQuestSupport ,
Actually I already reported the bug from my headset the very first time I got it. But, since I did not get any feedback there, I decided to post the issue here.
