Hard to find multiplayer in some games - it is because of my Quest 3 / Network?

Hi, i have the problem to find multiplayer games in e.g

SBK Vrider
Neon Squad Tactics

and i don´t know if it is a fault on my side or are the games not very popular?

At facebook and review people said multiplayer in SBK vrider is great fun, but i can´t find any games.

I could also be a problem about the network, may i open some ports for multiplayer Quest 3?
Or did i need friends - i did not have any - i  am a "old stlye single player campaign dude" 
I was never really a online gamer. - maybe to shy

there is nothing that you must set on the Quest.

If your headset is online - means, if you can open the store or a browser - you should be able to play any multiplayer game.

I don't have those games, so I'm not sure.

Usually you don't need friends to play multiplayer..... but maybe you will find some.😁

Normally there are always public games which you can join.

So maybe you are right and there are not many players?

Update, i know tried to multiplayer against the "time" and now a can also multiplayer PVP.
Maybe i have to got some level to join multiplayer.

Problem is solved.
