Has anyone else experienced this?... (missing library, missing conent, weird buggy things, etc)

I just got my new quest last week, used it like 3-4 times to setup my avatar, download some of the demo games, and played the Star wars game once.  Then went to use it the next day and was confused as to why it opened up to the intro/training mode again, didnt think too much of it.  Then i realized my avatar was gone, and i could no longer select on my library, or any other content except for web browser and some settings basically.  Ive tried everythng i could think of including re-starting the device, checking my settings, etc. I've tried searching forums on here and reddit, but i'm new to this i didn't find anything helpful.  I also submitted a bug report but have to wait a few days to get a response...?!  Any advice would be appreciated as I was planning to surprise my kids with it today but decided to hold off until i get it working again.

Just had the case right now. I went to the mobile app to reset it, but it showed me a message saying that since I disconnected my Facebook account from it, I had to reconnect to the mobile app before being able to use the quest. It worked well after reconnecting to the app.

I had this issue earlier tonight. Library, home, store, and other menus wouldn't load. I tried restart but no dice. I just turned it off for about an hour or so and when I turned it back on, it worked.

Thx for the replies... It was doing this for a few days after attempting to reboot the headset like 5-6 times. I wound up downloading, sidequest and turning on developer mode and all that process just to kill time while waiting for advice... Wound up bringing everything back to normal somehow. Not sure if it's directly related or just coincidence it was working again after this process. Only thing is now I'm getting a visible RED DOT in my field of view.
